Please be aware that some of the content in the game is hidden behind the Dark Path.

If you want to view the content, then you need to enable the Dark Path in the options menu for your playthrough.

Some choices/scenes that you may think are missing are actually there, just not enabled in the options menu for viewing.

The lewd content for the character April is not in the game at all (regardless of whether you have the Dark Path enabled or not) and will not be in the game going forth.
